Pricing
- $249 for the first 100 pages, or the equivalent word count, whichever threshold is reached first
- $200 per additional 100 pages, prorated so you pay only for the volume you send
How pricing is measured
- Pricing is based on the original document you send us, not the length of the reformatted version. If a redesign increases the page count, your price does not increase.
- We consider word count alongside page count, so a dense document with very small type is priced more fairly than page count alone would allow.
- For unusually dense or complex files, or when the initial scope is inaccurate, we will provide an adjusted quote before work begins.
Two research streams, one engagement
Market and patent research are more useful together when both inform the same decision. Bundles are priced below the cost of purchasing each service separately.

How the work is structured
Each engagement has a defined scope and agreed price. After scoping, we send a Statement of Work and a Stripe invoice for the 50% deposit. Work begins once both are complete. The remaining 50% is invoiced on completion. The same terms apply to packages, standalone services, bundles, and custom scopes.
Timelines are set during scoping and included in the Statement of Work. They depend on research depth, selected add-ons, access to materials, and your deadlines. If you are working toward a fixed date, tell us early so we can confirm what is realistic.
Each engagement includes one round of revisions. Within five business days of delivery, send one consolidated set of feedback. We will refine the deliverable so it matches the agreed scope.
Your business information and materials remain private and are not reused, sold, or shared. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before you share proprietary information. Where appropriate, limited non-solicitation or exclusivity terms can be discussed and included in the Statement of Work.
Written analysis with sources and assumptions documented throughout, plus any models, matrices, or visuals included in scope. Models are delivered in editable files, not locked exports, so your team can continue using them after the engagement closes.
We provide research and analysis, including sourced findings, assumptions, estimates, and decision-relevant context. We do not provide legal, regulatory, medical, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and our deliverables are not a substitute for those services.
