Scope & timing

Timelines are set individually with each client. Sharing any deadline or timing constraint helps us scope the work realistically.

This form does not itself create an NDA or other confidentiality agreement, so please provide a general description only and hold proprietary information until a mutual NDA is in place. If we move forward, work begins once the Statement of Work is signed and the deposit is received by ZKK Consulting LLC.

What happens next
  1. Within one business day: We review your request and reply to confirm whether it is a fit.
  2. Discovery call: We discuss your business, market, and the decision the research needs to support.
  3. Scope and agreement: If we move forward, we send a Statement of Work covering the scope, deliverables, price, and proposed timeline.
  4. Delivery: We provide the agreed deliverables, walk through the findings, and invoice the remaining 50% on completion.
How payment works

Nothing is payable through this form. If we agree to move forward, we send a Statement of Work confirming the scope, deliverables, timeline, and price. After it is signed, we send a Stripe invoice for the 50% deposit. Work begins once we have the signed SOW, the deposit, and the materials needed to begin. The remaining 50% is invoiced on completion, after the agreed deliverable is provided.

Invoices are processed securely through Stripe. ZKK Consulting does not receive or store your card details.

Do not make a payment before the scope is agreed and the SOW is signed. If you receive a payment request from any address other than info@zkkconsulting.com, zolomon@zkkconsulting.com, or jad@zkkconsulting.com, treat it as suspicious and email us directly. Payment, cancellation, and refund terms are set out in the Statement of Work.
